Terms and Conditions

Please see below the Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a service whether it be for yourself or someone else, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Purchases and Appointments

  1. Non-Refundable Purchases:

    • All purchases, including gift cards, are strictly non-refundable.

    • If you change your mind after making a purchase, I will gladly reschedule your appointment for up to 12 months from the original date, or for a time that suits you. However, please note that refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind at the time of purchase.

  2. Deposits to confirm booking

25% of the total cost is required once both parties have confirmed date and time of the booking. This is to be made within 5 days of me sending out formal confirmation of the service that has been booked. The deposit is used to secure your date.

  1. Service Satisfaction:

    • If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a service provided, I am open to working with you to address your concerns. Any adjustments will be made at my discretion, based on a fair assessment of the service or shopping experience or other services  delivered.

    • Consultation and Appointment Policy

    • Initial Consultation:

    • All clients will undergo an initial consultation during which I will take notes based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your size or requirements prior to the service being carried out.

    • Changes to Appointments:

    • You are required to notify me of any changes to your size or requirements before the service. I reserve the right to refuse to proceed with an appointment if I feel unsafe, uneasy, or intimidated in any way. Additionally, I may decline to deliver a service if I determine that a client has repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

    • Non-Refundable Policy:

    • If you have paid for a service, you must adhere to the appointment schedule. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or changes in mind.

    • Cancellations by the Provider:

    • In the event that I need to cancel an appointment, I will endeavor to provide at least 24 hours' notice, except in situations that are beyond my control.

    • Timekeeping Policy

    • Provider's Timekeeping:

    • I will inform you if I am travelling and if my estimated time of arrival (ETA) changes. I will adhere to the agreed appointment time and, if I arrive later than scheduled, I will be happy to extend the session accordingly to make up for lost time.

    • Client's Timekeeping:

    • If the client arrives late for a personal shopping appointment, please note that the session will still conclude at the originally agreed time.
