Which is why every service is also available as a virtual appointment. Perhaps you have a last minute engagement to attend and you need assistance in finding that perfect outfit. Maybe you'd prefer a wardrobe detox to be carried out virtually due to being overseas . Whatever your requirements, our stylists are on hand to offer you their five star service.
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT?
We carry out virtual appointments for all personal shops and wardrobe detox services.
Our personal shop is a great way for one of our professional stylists to shop online for you. We understand that online shopping can be just as exhausting. Too many options, unsure on how an item will fit, for you to end up purchasing a whole online basket full of clothes, only for them to be returned.
Our experienced stylists will get a brief from you ( usually conducted via zoom) . You can then sit back and relax whilst your personal stylist does your online shopping for you. They will then send you an email of all the options they've selected. We aways make sure your size is available and there will always be a written description from your stylist about how you'd wear the item and what you'd wear it with. All you have to do is decide which ones to purchase!
We've recently opened up our wardrobe detox appointments to an online service. We want cater for those clients who perhaps live overseas or who we are unable to get to.
During the 1.5 hour wardrobe detox your stylist will work with you via Zoom to have a talk about what your style hangups are and how you feel about your current wardrobe. All clothes will be out of the wardrobe prior to your appointment. Your stylist will be in touch prior to explain how best to organise this. Your detox can then get underway. Your stylist will be able to see each item you show. You can both have an open discussion about what pieces you struggle to style and which ones can be recycled or donated. At then end of your appointment your stylist will discuss the best way to organise your clothes back in your closet. This will all be transcribed onto an email so you can refer back to it any time.
An electronic aftercare and upkeep manual along with a colour analysis is sent to every client.
